GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has informed that all the PWs already stand examined and statement of accused in terms of Section 313 Cr.P.C. has also been recorded.

In view of the aforesaid position, this Court does not deem it necessary to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The petition, as such is dismissed.
