***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.1156 dated 15.11.2019, registered under Sections 395, 397, 365, 379-B and 212 of Indian Penal Code (Sections 212 and 412 of IPC added later on) and Sections 25 and 54 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Sadar, District Karnal.

Investigation of the case is still pending. As per material available on record, the 'Brezza' car recovered by the police belongs to the petitioner and 'Booty' of dacoity was also recovered from the premises of the petitioner.
