NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the contempt is filed against the interim order passed in RSA No.3525 of 1986, which has since been dismissed and, therefore, the same is rendered infructuous and may be dismissed as such.
In this view of the matter, the contempt is dismissed as infructuous.
