RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioners are seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to consider their case and decide the legal notice dated 25.07.2019 (P-5) by passing a speaking order within a stipulated time. The greivance of the petitioners before this Court is that their services had been regularized in the year 2014 and 2019 respectively whereas services of junior to them who joined in the year 2003, have been regularized w.e.f 01.04.2011, vide order dated 30.11.2012. Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the legal notice dated 25.07.2019 (P-5), within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The respondent No.

2 shall pass a speaking order thereon after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, failing which, respondent No. 2, shall be liable to pay cost of Rs.25,000/- each to the petitioners. This condition of imposing cost is only to prevent the GAURAV ARORA 2020.01.
