(Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has placed on record affidavit of Virender Singh, Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Sirsa, Haryana dated 8.8.2018 stating therein that in view of the latest development, the petitioner has been shifted in Flat No.200, Housing Board, Sirsa in compliance of the order dated 15.9.2017 passed in COCP No.1824 of 2012.
