(ORAL) Through this second petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.274 dated 26.11.2022, registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Rajpura, District Patiala.

Vide order dated 06.01.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagdish Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 06.01.2023 AMAN JAIN 2023.05.08 16:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
