JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner, who was not paid the final payment for the work of up-gradation of maternity and labour room in Civil Hospital, Hoshiarpur, by filing the present contempt petition, alleged that the respondents have violated the order dated 24.12.2015 (P.1) passed by this Court in CWP No.27237 of 2015 directing respondent No.2 to look into his grievance and take a decision on the representation dated 18.6.2015. At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition since the order of this Court has been complied with.

Present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the rule is discharged.
