RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to consider his case and decide the legal notice dated 15.11.2019 (P-5) by passing a speaking order within a stipulated time. The greivance of the petitioner before this Court is that his service had been regularized in the year 2014 whereas services of junior to him who joined in the year 2003, have been regularized, vide order dated 30.11.2012.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the legal notice dated 15.11.2019 (P-5), within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The respondents shall pass a speaking order thereon after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, failing which, respondent No. 2, shall be liable to pay cost of Rs.25,000/- to the petitioner.
