JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The plaintiff/petitioner, who had prayed for issuing directions to the respondents to conclude the investigation in case FIR No.330 dated 27.7.2012 registered under Sections 420,467,471,120-B IPC, P.S City Fatehabad apart from seeking protection of her life and liberty, has preferred this petition for the alleged wilful disobedience of order dated 15.1.2016 (P.1) passed by this Court in CRM-M-1215 of 2016 directing official respondent No.2 to consider and decide her representation (P.9) expeditiously preferably within a period of one month.

Upon notice, a reply/Status report by way of affidavit dated 19.9.2016 of the respondent-Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad has been filed stating that in compliance of order dated 15.1.2016 (P.1), a speaking order dated 27.2.2016 (R.1) has been passed thereby rendering the present contempt petition as infructuous.

Contempt petition is dismissed having been rendered infructuous and the rule is discharged.
