Mr. J.S. Mehndiratta, Advocate for the petitioner. JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner is alleging violation of the directions of the decree dated 31.7.2015 passed by the learned CJ (JD), Jhajjar. It cannot be disputed that there is an alternative provision for enforcing the decree as also taking action if the conditions of the decree are violated as per the Civil Procedure Code.
After arguing for some time and having failed to convince the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
