NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in Criminal Complaint case No.4245/2/11 dated 21.02.2004 filed on 24.02.2004 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies in accordance with law.
