Learned counsel for the petitioners states that with regard to petitioner No.2, no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition.

So far as petitioners No.1 and 3 are concerned, learned counsel for the petitioners states that neither any decision with regard to claim of interest has been taken nor any amount has been paid.
