**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of reply filed by the respondent-State of Haryana, this petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent to join the petitioner and other persons acquainted with the facts of the case in the process of further investigation.

Vide order dated 22.01.2020, learned State counsel on telephonic instructions from Inspector Pradeep stated before this court that the petitioner and other persons who were acquainted with the facts of the case like arms dealers would be GEETA RANI 2020.02.25 18:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRR No.33 of 2020 (O&M) associated in the course of further investigation. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Dalbir Singh states that 5 of the arms dealers/owners of the gun houses have been associated in the further investigation. In view of aforesaid position, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the State to carry out further investigation as per the stand taken by the respondent in the order dated 22.01.2020.
