**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 21.7.2020, submitted by the petitioner, in case FIR No. 136 dated 16.11.2019 under Sections 363/366-A IPC, registered at Police Station Sujanpur, Tehsil and District Pathankot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the statement of petitioner-Neelam Devi, FIR No. 136 dated 16.11.2019 had been registered against respondent No. 4-Vishal @ Sanju on the allegations that he had kidnapped her minor daughter Geeta Devi to perform marriage. He further submits that respondent No. 4 has been extending threats to the petitioner to compromise the matter. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has also made a representation to Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot-respondent No. 2 but no action has been taken on the same so far. CRM-M No. 684 of 2021 -2On the asking of the Court, Mr. Randhir Singh Thind, DAG, accepts notice on behalf of the State and submits that Vishal Kumar -respondent No. 4 has solemnized marriage with Geeta Devi-daughter of petitioner Neelam Devi and is living in her matrimonial home and they have also been blessed with a child.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Since the daughter of the petitioner, namely, Geeta Devi has performed marriage with Vishal Kumar-respondent No. 4 and they have been living as husband and wife and blessed with a child also, no case for issuance of directions is made out.

The petition is dismissed.
