The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of orders dated 10.11.2014 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-20639-2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent has preferred Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.1548 of 2019 against the order dated 10.11.2014 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP20639-2014 before Hon'ble the Supreme Court, wherein Hon'ble the Supreme Court has stayed the said order dated 10.11.2014. 3.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioners to avail the VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.04.24 16:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
