NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record the detail of verify data upto 2015-16 with respect to payment under PMSSC. It is stated that the amount due to the petitioner has also been released only yesterday.

In view of the same, contempt is dismissed.

Rule issued against the respondent stands discharged. In case the statement made by the respondent is found to be incorrect, the petitioner will be at liberty to revive the contempt petition and in case the petitioner is forced to revive the petition, the respondent shall be liable for a penalty of `1,00,000/-.
