(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus directing thereby to quash the impugned order dated 29.12.2020 (Annexure P-22) whereby the respondents have transferred the petitioner for 3 BRD, Air Force Station Chandigarh to Air Force Station Hakimpet, Hyderabad and to direct the respondents not to transfer the petitioner till his normal tenure of 5 years is competed. The counsel for the respondents has submitted that pursuant to the order impugned in the present petition, the petitioner has already joined the new place of posting after filing of this petition. The order stands executed. Hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
