ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) This contempt petition is pending since 2018. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The situation was not different even on the last date of hearing. Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavit of the Director General of Police, Haryana, submits that since the order dated 21.03.2017 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jind, has already been complied with, this petition may be disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
Ordered accordingly.
