Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (oral) This petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 9.2.2015 passed by this Court.

After notice, the respondent has filed reply and has given certain details vide Annexures 'A', 'B' & 'C'. Counsel for the petitioners is not satisfied with the said details.

Counsel for the respondent, however, submits that the petitioners are free to inspect the entire record available with the respondent as and when they like and can also obtain photostat copies of that record.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present Contempt petition in order to exercise the right which has been given by the SATYAWAN 2015.12.24 11:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
