Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service as per policy dated 11.11.2003 (Annexure P-3), and release arrears of pay w.e.f. 01.04.2011 alongwith all consequential benefits. 2.
After arguing some time, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to decide his pending representation dated 22.10.2022 (Annexure P-5).

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that the pending representation shall be decided at the earliest. 4.
In view thereof, there is no need to issue the direction sought.
