(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record the order dated 11.07.2018, copy of which has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner vide which the petitioner who joined back the Institute on 16.07.2018 has now been granted continuity of service w.e.f. 16.01.2009.
In view of the same, contempt petition is dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. However, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved in any manner, he is at liberty to file the representation to the said effect, which this Court has no doubt shall be decided in accordance with law.
