This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to the outbreak of pandemic, COVID-19. Prayer in this writ petition is for directing respondent No. 2 to take options from the petitioners for filing up school preferences for General Transfer Drive (Intra-district) of Head teachers and PRTs/JBTs of their choice in district Charkhi Dadri before implementing online transfer driver dated 08.11.2021 (Annexure P5).

Learned counsel for the petitioners is unable to deny that there is no representation whatsoever on record which the petitioners have submitted before the authorities for redressal of their grievance though it is submitted that petitioners had approached respondent No. 2 on various occasions and submitted their representations. Learned counsel for the petitioners is unable to point out any detail regarding the date and time on which the petitioners or anyone of them had ever approached the authorities and neither is there a copy of any representation on record.

CWP-118-2022 -2Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the authorities by filing a comprehensive representation. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned. Needless to say, if any such representation is submitted by the petitioners within one week, same be considered expeditiously by the competent authority in accordance with law.
