Learned State counsel submits that order passed by writ court has been complied with. According to him, as soon as development charges are deposited in terms of letter of intent Annexure R-1, necessary action shall be taken.
In view of statement made by State counsel, no further action is necessary. Disposed of.
Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition in case any grouse subsists.
