***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the order dated 11.12.2014 has been complied with by passing the order, as directed, but the respondents have still committed the contempt as the order has been passed in violation of the order dated 11.12.2014.

For these reasons, she prays for withdrawal of the present petition in order to file it again along with the order which has been passed by the respondents now.

Dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
