(Oral) Affidavit of Ms. Anjali Bhawra, Principal Mahajan, IAS, Principal Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department, Punjab civil Secretariat, Chandigarh, has been filed in court today. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that salary has been released to the petitioner vide order dated 20.07.2017. he further submits that list of missing files has not been submitted to the department in terms of interim order dated March 17, 2017.

Petitioner submits that he shall do the needful at the earliest. In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition as interim order has been complied with. Petition has, thus, been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
