Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking the making of directions upon official respondents to not cause any further delay in the investigations, into FIR No. 101 of 16.10.2017 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Cantt. Bathinda. 2.
The afore made prayer is, at this stage, rendered infructuous, as, the learned State Counsel, on instructions, meted to her, by ASI Nihal Singh, submits that after completion of investigation into FIR (supra), an affirmative report under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C., would, within ten days, be instituted, by the Investigating Officer concerned, before the learned Magistrate concerned.

Therefore, in view of the above, the present petition becomes infructuous, and, is disposed of as such.
