The present contempt petition has been filed alleging contempt of the interim order granted in CWP-15527-2001 on 04.10.2001 vide which status quo was ordered to be maintained.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the said CWP-15527-2001 has been disposed of by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 24.07.2024.

No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners to pursue the present contempt petition.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to revive the same in case any cause still survives.
