In para 7 of the written statement dated 06.07.2005, it has been stated that the petitioner was granted benefit of two increments during the course of his erstwhile employment and the basic pay drawn thereafter by him was protected at the time of his joining Public Health Department, to which there is no rebuttal by filing any replication. 3.

The Division Bench on 08.05.2006 had also observed the above, upon which learned counsel for the petitioner had sought an adjournment. 4.

Disposed of, reserving the liberty to the petitioner to get it revived, in case need arises.
