Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (oral) This order shall dispose of two petitions i.e. COCP Nos. 1298 & 1299 of 2015.

The Civil Writ Petition No. 135 of 2015 was disposed of on 13.01.2015 directing the respondent to look into the matter and consider the grievance of the petitioner, as has been raised by him in his representation and decide the same by passing a speaking order in accordance with law.

After notice, reply has been filed along with order dated 3.7.2015 in COCP-1298-2015 in CWP No. 135 of 2015 SATYAWAN 2015.11.05 10:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

COCP-1298-2015 -2holding that the petitioner is not entitled to be selected as he failed to score the cut off marks and decided the representation against him.

The second case, the writ petition bearing No. 162 of 2015 was disposed of with the same order, as above. The petitioner has filed COCP No. 1299 of 2015 for the noncompliance of the order passed in the said case. However, after notice, respondent has filed reply along with an order dated 26.06.2015 rejecting the representation of the petitioner. Hence, orders passed in both the contempt petitions have been duly complied with by passing speaking order.

In case, the petitioner is not satisfied with the order passed against him, he may challenge that order in accordance with law by taking legal remedies.

But insofar as the present petitions are concerned the same have become infructuous. Disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be placed on the file of connected case.
