(ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 10.01.2018 vide which a direction was issued to the respondent to take action on the application in accordance with law. Reply is filed. As per the said reply, the District Magistrate, Sonepat has cancelled the arm license by way of a speaking order dated 04.02.2019, Annexure R-1.
In view of the same, the contempt petition is dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent stands discharged. However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 04.02.2019 in accordance with law.
