Prayer in this petition is for direction to the respondents to release arrears of Dearness Allowance to the petitioners for the period 01.07.2013 to 28.02.2015.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as per instructions received by him, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the arrears of Dearness Allowance, as claimed in this writ petition, have since been disbursed by the respondents. In this respect, copy of calculation dated 03.07.2020 has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioners. Copy of calculation sheet dated 03.07.2020 is taken on record subject to just exceptions. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
