RAJESH BINDAL, J Learned counsel for the State has produced copy of the order dated 4.4.2016 passed in LPA No.859 of 2015, in which while issuing notice of motion, status quo regarding possession has been directed and payment of cost has been stayed.

In view of the aforesaid fact, at this stage, the present petition is disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioner to get the same revived in case after decision of the aforesaid LPA, relief admissible to the petitioner is not granted.
