1. While the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter had already stands compounded by the authorities concerned, learned State counsel has pointed out that as a matter of fact challan already stands presented.

2. Learned State counsel has not disputed the fact that the offences are otherwise compoundable.

3. Since, the matter is stated to be fixed before the trial Court to consider the framing of charges it shall be open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the trial Court at the stage of framing of charge which shall be duly considered by the trial Court. The trial Court shall specifically consider the aspect as to whether the matter stands compromised/compounded or not. The State would be expected to fairly assist the Court as regards position with respect to compounding.
