Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Vikas Mohan Gupta, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no. 1 & 2. He submits that in case issue pertaining to right, if any, of the petitioner to be in occupation of the site has not been decided by the concerned authority till now, it shall be ensured that no harassment is caused to him till the decision is taken.

In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. It is, however, made clear that respondent no. 3 shall be at liberty to take decision in terms of the order passed by writ court expeditiously, in any case not later than two months. Disposed of.
