Copy of the compliance report/reply was supplied to counsel for the petitioner, who sought time to go through the same.
Today, no one has appeared for the petitioner. It is obvious that the petitioner is satisfied with the order passed and do not wish to pursue the present contempt petition any further.
As per reply, the Tehsildar has already been instructed to demarcate the land and convey the same to Deputy Commissioner in response to the order.
Further action in pursuance to the said demarcation shall be taken in accordance with law.
In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served to proceed the present contempt petition.
