$ Learned counsel further contends that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 12.08.2022 (Annexure P-4) before respondent No.2, for redressal of his grievance, which is still pending adjudication, and that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide the said representation. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only, at this stage. On the asking of this Court, Mr. Rajesh Gaur, Addl. A. G. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of hearing, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner in his representation, respondent No.2 is directed to decide the aforesaid representation dated 12.08.2022 (Annexure P-4) by passing a speaking order, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Disposed of.
