Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) The wife and husband-petitioners have raised a loan from some Finance Company. Due to default in payments, it is alleged that owners of the Finance Company, at gun point, had trespassed the premises of the petitioners and had threatened them while seeking repayment of the borrowed amount.

Petitioners approached this Court under Section 482 Cr.PC and secured an order dated 28.9.2016 directing the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana for deciding the representation/complaint dated 29.8.2016 made by the petitioners.

After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition to enable his clients to seek remedy in accordance with law.
