Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.PC for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.165 dated 18.12.2019 registered under Sections 6 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 and Sections 120-B and 506 IPC at Police Station Women Police Station, District Yamunanagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner, who is the mother of the complainant/prosecutrix, has been falsely implicated due to the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and her inlaws. She further submits that there is a delay of two years in registration of the present FIR.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Baljeet has opposed the bail application and submitted that no daughter would stoop to such a level to falsely implicate her mother. CRM-M-182-2020 -2that the medico-legal report of the prosecutrix nails the petitioner in the commission of offence under Sections 6 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, no ground for granting anticipatory bail is made out. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
