The present is a fully burnt case. As per the office report the paperbook could not be reconstructed despite best efforts by the Registry. A perusal of the papers put up by the Registry shows nothing to discern about the particulars of the parties. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 3.
