Prayer essentially is for executing the decree dated 23.5.2016 passed by the learned Additional Civiil Judge (Senior Division)Panchkula whereby a direction was issued to the defendant-HARCO Bank for considering the case of promotion to the post of Assistant Manager/Development Officer within a period of two months. The first appeal filed by the HARCO Bank is stated to have been dismissed. After hearing counsel for the petitioner no ground for invoking contempt jurisdiction is made out as alternative remedy of execution is available.
