(ORAL) Petition herein is under Article 227 of Constitution of India seeking, inter alia, issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to take a decision on the pending appeal filed before respondent No.2 challenging an order dated 07.11.2020 passed by respondent No.5 (Annexure P-16). 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file.

Ms. MamtaTalwar, DAG, Haryana, who has joined proceedings on service of advance copy of the petition appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent/appellate Authority to take up the appeal for hearing as expeditiously as possible. If for some reasons the same cannot be decided at an early date, competent authority shall decide the stay application filed therein within a period of two months. 7.
