RAJESH BINDAL, J Though the order passed by this Court was complied with, however, the issue regarding grant of ACP scale from the year 1998-99, has been denied to the petitioner by the respondent considering that ACR for that period was not good and after the effect thereof was over on 31.3.2009, the ACP scale was granted w.e.f. 1.4.2009.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of his appropriate remedy against denial of ACP scale from the due date. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
