Only dispute that survives between the parties is regarding payment of amount in respect of arrears of rent. Admittedly, `13,000/- have already been deposited before the executing court. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he shall deposit another amount of `57,000/- before the Executing court within two weeks from today. This offer is acceptable to the petitioner. On deposit of such amount, the total amount of `70,000/- shall be released to the petitioner by the executing court forthwith. The execution thereafter shall be deemed to have been satisfied.
