*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 5 submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The petitioner has also filed CWP No.12691 of 2016 for the same relief, which has been rendered infructuous vide order dated 04.07.2016.
Although the order has been complied with and there is delay, for which, the respondents have tendered unconditional apology. Moreover, the writ petition filed by the petitioner for the same relief, has also been rendered infructuous.
Nothing remains in the present petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
