The petitioners pray for issuance of the writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the notice dated 16.12.2021, calling upon the parties to appear before the Competent Authority-cum-Land Acquisition Collector, for acquisition of the land under the National Highways Authority Act, 1956. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioners admits that till date the competent authority has not passed any order. 3.
