The dispute between petitioner-Chameli Devi and respondent no.1-Piyare Lal co-sharer is with regard to partition proceedings of agricultural land. The petitioner is stated to have filed civil revision and the same is pending before the Financial Commissioner, Haryana, Chandigarh wherein vide an interim order dated 9.11.2017 "status quo regarding possession till further orders" was directed. The present contempt has been filed with the allegations that said Piyare Lal alongwith his brothers have on 6.12.2017 ruined the standing crop under the ambit of aforesaid order dated 6.12.2017. After hearing counsel for the petitioner, no ground for invoking contempt jurisdiction is made out. It is conceded that possession has not been taken or disturbed. For the alleged ruining of the crop the petitioner has already filed a criminal complaint and the police authorities have taken action.

In view of the above dismissed.
