       **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral ) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.1 dated 03.01.2020, registered at Police Station Adampur, under Sections 3(1)(U) and 4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act and under Section 384 IPC.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Gurmail Singh, submits that in the present case, a cancellation report has been prepared and the prosecution agency is in the process of presenting the same before the Court concerned. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
