On the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Kumar, who is present in Court, submits that the statements of both the petitioners as well as the respondents have already been recorded, and as per said statements of respective parties, official respondents are of the view that there is no threat perception as of now to the petitioners. 2.

Relying upon the statement made by learned State counsel in Court today, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of present petition, at this stage.
