*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) When matter was taken up for hearing on 09.01.2023 none appeared for the respondent and Registry was asked to issue fresh notice to both sides.

As per office report, learned counsel is unable to provide the address of respondent-company, which seems to have wound up in the interregnum. Be that as it may, in the absence of any address, even revival of the execution proceedings would be an exercise in futility. Instant petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to revive the proceedings in case it is able to lay hands on the address of promoter/directors of the company.
