Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) On 11.1.2017 the following order was passed:- "It is contended that inspite of direction dated 14.12.2016 passed by this Court to grant admission to the petitioner in the next MBBS Course at Govt.Medical College, Amritsar within one week, no effort has been made by the respondents to comply with the direction to the prejudice of the petitioner.

At the asking of the Court, Mr.Karam Singh Sandhu,Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.1 whereas Mr.Anant Kataria,DAG Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.2.

At the time of hearing today, counsel for the respondents state that petitioner has been granted admission in compliance of the directions given by this Court on 14.12.2016.
